Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and production of building services systems, including planning and coordinating engineering and BIM resources. Oversee design drawings and deliverables, manage quality assurance and control, and guide scope and delivery across complex projects. Ensure compliance with regional and national regulations and applicable standards (notably the Australian Code), while supporting technical delivery, resourcing, and client-focused outcomes across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and coordinate engineering and BIM resources across projects.
•Oversee the design and drawing of building services systems and lead quality checking of designs, drawings, and deliverables.
•Manage the scope and delivery of complex multiple projects, guiding the work of others and ownership of project boundaries.
•Ensure compliance with regional and national regulations and apply legislations, standards, guidelines, and project specifications.
•Provide input to man-hour estimates, cost tracking, and proposal development, and step into technical delivery as needed to support resourcing requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent (Master’s or PhD may also be considered).
•Professional chartership/registration within the relevant jurisdiction.
•Typically 15+ years of experience.
•Extensive experience applying local and international standards, particularly the Australian Code.
•Proven ability to manage and lead large teams delivering complex multiple projects while guiding others.
