  • •Monitor production workflow, identify queue-time bottlenecks, and use SPC, FDC, and 8D to resolve yield, quality, and equipment issues.
  • •Troubleshoot process and metrology equipment problems and support throughput and efficiency goals while executing wafer-processing optimization projects.
  • •Maintain clear documentation, including procedures, training materials, and shift pass-downs, and identify training gaps and procedural improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation systems, or technical military experience.
  • •2 years of experience using mechanical, electronic, and software skills to troubleshoot equipment.
  • •1 year of experience using SPC software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Linework Space).
  • •Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off) with shift changes and overtime as needed.
