Lead Thermo King’s Klinge Corporation finance function to drive business performance and profitability in York, PA. •Provide financial support and guidance to leadership, owning actionable business and operational plans.
•Perform complex financial analysis (variance analysis, scenario planning, modeling) and present findings to senior leadership.
•Drive budgeting, financial planning/control/reporting and manage cash management activities via treasury policies and procedures.
•Oversee forecasting processes (LRP, AOP, quarterly reforecast) and reporting through KPIs, weekly pulses, and Monthly Operating Reviews/Quarterly Business Reviews.
•Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, evaluate investment cases (ROI/ROIC/CROIC), and ensure internal controls, compliance (GAAP/IFRS), and SOX compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline; strong preference for MBA and CPA.
•Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in FP&A or business finance, ideally with exposure to manufacturing and commercial environments.
•Strong analytical and economic modeling skills for forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI/ROIC/CROIC modeling.
•Proven track record working independently and managing multiple projects and deliverables.
•Familiarity with EPICOR, Oracle R12, and OneStream; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Tableau and Dataiku familiarity encouraged.
