Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide financial support and guidance to leadership, owning actionable business and operational plans.
  • •Perform complex financial analysis (variance analysis, scenario planning, modeling) and present findings to senior leadership.
  • •Drive budgeting, financial planning/control/reporting and manage cash management activities via treasury policies and procedures.
  • •Oversee forecasting processes (LRP, AOP, quarterly reforecast) and reporting through KPIs, weekly pulses, and Monthly Operating Reviews/Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • •Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, evaluate investment cases (ROI/ROIC/CROIC), and ensure internal controls, compliance (GAAP/IFRS), and SOX compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline; strong preference for MBA and CPA.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in FP&A or business finance, ideally with exposure to manufacturing and commercial environments.
  • •Strong analytical and economic modeling skills for forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI/ROIC/CROIC modeling.
  • •Proven track record working independently and managing multiple projects and deliverables.
  • •Familiarity with EPICOR, Oracle R12, and OneStream; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Tableau and Dataiku familiarity encouraged.
