Job Summary

Build relationships with walk-in and phone customers while guiding them to the right products and solutions. Process and distribute customer orders, perform accurate sales order data entry, and secure payments or appropriate credit authorization. Help manage warranty dispositions, estimate delivery dates, and support receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties. Monday–Friday daytime schedule in St. Augustine with performance bonus opportunities and a robust benefits package.

•Assist walk-in and phone customers to establish relationships and represent the company professionally.
•Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently.
•Handle customer questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
•Perform accurate data entry of sales orders and manage invoices, payments, or credit authorization per policy.
•Evaluate warranty items, estimate delivery dates, and assist with receiving/shipping/warehouse duties.
