Job Summary

Lead operational excellence within the aircraft engine component repair sector by driving CORE deployment, change management, and continuous improvement. •Lead people-centric change management to mobilize teams and anchor a culture of continuous improvement.
•Facilitate LEAN workshops (Kaizen, VSM, problem-solving) and ensure implementation of solutions.
•Identify, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned to business objectives (safety, quality, cost, delivery).
•Drive cross-functional projects across production, quality, logistics, and maintenance, coordinating teams and breaking silos.
•Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and root causes, develop KPIs, and provide fact-based recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 8 years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years’ experience with a master’s degree.

•Critical thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
•Excellent verbal and written communication; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an asset.
