Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute reconciliation, intercompany, and fixed asset accounting, and support period close activities in RTR.
  • •Manage one or more RTR activities, driving process improvements and continuous learning.
  • •Run month-end close tasks including journal entries preparation, reconciliations, reporting, analysis, and compliance.
  • •Analyze account variances and account aging with sites, recommending actions to resolve issues.
  • •Support audits (statutory, Annual DSA, SOX) and prepare RSD schedules and profit plan schedules, leading improvement project plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Accounting degree (CA or CA Inter), MBA-Finance, or B.Com. (Accounting) with required experience.
  • •End-to-end process knowledge for GL/FA and understanding of OTC and PTP.
  • •Proficient with MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • •Good experience of Oracle R12, SAP, or SAP S4HANA.
  • •3-4 years of accounting experience with experience in multinational manufacturing industry.
