Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership across General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, and technical accounting to drive accurate, scalable accounting operations.
  • •Lead annual financial statement audits and quarterly review processes, coordinating internally and managing external auditor relationships.
  • •Own preparation and review of monthly financial reporting, quarterly financial statements, and annual financial statements, including reporting processes in Workiva.
  • •Lead technical accounting research and implementation for complex and emerging transactions, including accounting memos, policies, and conclusions under US GAAP.
  • •Manage, mentor, and develop an accounting team; drive adoption of AI, automation, and process improvements while ensuring internal controls and auditability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 166,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •CPA required, with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • •Strong technical accounting foundation with deep experience across General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, and US GAAP.
  • •Experience leading complex monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting processes in a high-growth, public-company or public-company-ready environment.
  • •Proven people leader experience developing high-performing accounting teams and creating accountability and ownership.
  • •Ability to independently identify, evaluate, and drive complex accounting and operational matters to resolution, improving scalable internal controls.
