Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
  • •Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
  • •Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
  • •Prepare decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
  • •Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early; help leadership make sharper trade-offs and own special cross-functional projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience driving strategic execution across teams as a strong operator.
  • •Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization, and follow-through in senior settings.
  • •Ability to work with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams, including senior external stakeholders.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited guidance and moving from high-level strategy to detailed execution.
  • •Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills; experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion is an advantage.
