Key Responsibilities

•Help define and evolve the MDA/C2BMC system architecture.
•Develop and maintain requirements and architecture artifacts (including interface definitions) to support missile defense capabilities.
•Run and support architecture and requirements trade studies to recommend options that improve mission performance, cost/schedule, and technical feasibility.
•Own and improve the requirements management engine: planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring of requirements processes and tools (including traceability, change control, and quality).
•Collaborate frequently with MDA, warfighters, and industry partners to align requirements, interfaces, and system priorities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
•2 or more years' related engineering experience
•Prior experience in system engineering (e.g. Systems, Design, Architecture, Integration, Requirements or Test)
•Strong collaboration and communication skills with government stakeholders and industry partners
•Experience with MBSE and requirements/architecture tools (e.g., Cameo, DOORS) or modeling/simulation background
