Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate deployment of non-technical field focal projects/programs, corporate initiatives, strategic initiatives, and business priorities across multiple China sites.
  • •Liaison between field and corporate functional leaders with local site leadership to ensure alignment, communication, and effective execution.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional projects involving HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Security, EHS, Corporate Affairs, and other support organizations.
  • •Track implementation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively facilitate resolution of execution challenges.
  • •Support field audit readiness and coordinate executive site visits, leadership meetings, government interactions, and external event logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above; MBA is a plus.
  • •10+ years of experience in program/project management, corporate services, field operations, site management, business operations, legal/finance operations, or related fields.
  • •Experience working in multinational corporations and highly matrixed organizations.
  • •Proven track record leading cross-functional programs and driving results through influence rather than direct authority.
  • •Fluent in both Mandarin and English; strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
