Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an AI-enabled development process by improving how the team builds software with AI coding tools and agents across the lifecycle.
  • •Define and evolve the SDLC, including version control, code review, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
  • •Manage, mentor, and set technical direction for a small team while balancing hands-on coding with unblocking others.
  • •Own the architecture and implementation of distributed backend services and full-stack features that scale.
  • •Build and maintain data pipelines and datasets supporting operational and financial reporting, taking features end-to-end to production.

  • •5+ years building production software as a full-stack engineer, including experience leading projects or a small team.
