Lead an AI-enabled, player-coach engineering team building a home testing platform from design to production. Own distributed backend services and full-stack user features, define and run an SDLC with version control, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability, and scale data ingestion and reporting pipelines. Partner across clinical, sales, finance, and operations to turn complex requirements into reliable software while mentoring engineers and raising technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead an AI-enabled development process by improving how the team builds software with AI coding tools and agents across the lifecycle.
•Define and evolve the SDLC, including version control, code review, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
•Manage, mentor, and set technical direction for a small team while balancing hands-on coding with unblocking others.
•Own the architecture and implementation of distributed backend services and full-stack features that scale.
•Build and maintain data pipelines and datasets supporting operational and financial reporting, taking features end-to-end to production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 120,000 annually

•5+ years building production software as a full-stack engineer, including experience leading projects or a small team.
•Hands-on experience integrating AI coding tools and agents into a real end-to-end development workflow.
•Proven ability designing SDLC practices such as version control, code review, CI/CD, and automated testing to help teams ship faster.
•Experience managing or mentoring a small team of engineers and setting technical direction.
•Demonstrated depth designing, deploying, and scaling distributed systems on AWS (or GCP/Azure).
