Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, analyze, and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines (earned value), communicate trends, and assess opportunities and risks.
  • •Create performance reports with variance analyses and provide clear, concise understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management.
  • •Coordinate troubleshooting of process and tool issues, resolve root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • •Work with Program/Project leadership to manage program baseline and implement Earned Value Management.
  • •Complete monthly forecast analysis and support customer deliverables, including resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • •3+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA).
  • •3+ years of experience in Earned Value Management.
  • •3+ years of performing Estimates at Complete (EACs).
  • •3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets).
