Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safe work habits to support a zero-injury safety culture.
  • •Assist with plant operations using the Vertical Roller Mill and associated process equipment, following instructions and diagrams.
  • •Monitor and record daily ground Bottom Ash and Fly Ash levels in silos.
  • •Ensure compliance with production, quality, and maintenance processes; conduct shift handover meetings and communicate with operations leadership.
  • •Perform mechanical/process troubleshooting and assist with maintenance, housekeeping, and operation of small utility mobile equipment and heavy equipment when required.
