Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the shift to being AI-Native in the U.S. region by benchmarking maturity models and establishing compliant local agentic workflows.
  • •Scout emerging U.S.-based agentic AI technologies for spares, maintenance planning, pilot training, and smart catering.
  • •Ensure multi-dimensional feasibility for future technical solutions and create formal Architecture Dossiers.
  • •Enforce governance and IP safety by consolidating regional digital needs, protecting intellectual property, and applying data guardrails (GDPR, Export Control).
  • •Develop functional technical prototypes to de-risk technology bricks and feed validated learnings into roadmaps and business cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, with direct focus on Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
  • •Hands-on technical skills building and deploying within cloud infrastructure frameworks such as AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • •Proven ability to rapidly prototype GenAI solutions while applying a strong strategic mindset to build sound business structures.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of data sensitivity frameworks, including GDPR, Export Controls, and corporate IP protection.
