Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage ecological projects from field surveys to data analysis and reporting
•Provide expert advice on environmental and ecological matters
•Mentor and support junior team members
•Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and industry partners
•Drive business development and contribute to the growth of our ecology services

Key Requirements

•9+ years’ professional ecology experience (ideally)
•Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) – Ecology Specialist, or working towards it
•Strong technical, analytical and project management skills
•Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels
•Passion for delivering pragmatic, client-centric ecological solutions
