Drive adoption and improvement of engineering tools across ArsenalOS by developing training, recommendations, and workflows that make engineers faster and more effective. Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to identify overlapping capabilities, optimize data flow between downstream systems, and troubleshoot issues related to deployment, configuration, and ongoing support. Use experimentation and real-world feedback to iterate quickly and deliver business-critical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Improve engineering tool usage by identifying tips, tricks, and workarounds that increase engineer productivity.
•Create clear, practical training content and recommendations based on experimentation and hands-on testing.
•Seek user feedback and iterate on processes based on real-world results.
•Optimize data flow across downstream systems and identify overlapping capabilities for global organization needs.
•Troubleshoot technical issues related to deployment, configuration, and ongoing support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a design engineering role building products in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent education/work experience).
•Deep expertise in at least one engineering discipline and its associated tool stack (CAD, CAE, PLM, or discipline-specific applications).
•Strong understanding of engineering workflows from concept through production, with hands-on experience using engineering design tools.
•Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions; U.S. Person required for export control.
