Senior Principal Analyst to lead Omdia’s Automotive Intelligence Service, driving research leadership in ADAS/Autonomy, automotive AI, digital cockpit, and automotive software. Manages APAC analysts, engages global clients with strategic insights, and shapes thought leadership through reports, presentations, and industry events.

•Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive research agenda on automotive technology trends and strategies of new OEMs.
•Create high-quality, data-driven research reports, forecasts, and thought leadership pieces addressing industry challenges.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic insights and recommendations to support decision making.
•Mentor and guide a team of analysts across APAC to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
•Collaborate with the commercial team to identify new business opportunities and expand the Advanced Automotive Intelligence Service.

Key Requirements

•More than 7 years of experience in the automotive industry with focus on ADAS/Autonomy, automotive AI, digital cockpit/smart cockpit, automotive software, and new OEMs.
•Proven track record delivering high-impact research and thought leadership in automotive technology.
•Deep understanding of global and regional automotive markets, trends, and regulatory dynamics.
•Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and synthesis of complex information into actionable insights.
•Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional APAC language (Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin) is highly desirable.
