Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage procurement-to-pay process areas including purchasing, vendor management, month-end, and reconciliation activities.
  • •Lead and manage a team or professional-level staff through lower-level supervisors.
  • •Ensure timely achievement of Process KRA’s and accurate, compliant processing of tasks.
  • •Handle internal, transactional, and statutory audits; ensure internal controls and adherence to company policy.
  • •Serve as liaison between team, requestor, leadership, and support teams; identify improvement opportunities and recommend training.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Procure to Pay, including 3–5 years in managerial/leadership roles.
  • •Advanced influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills with leadership capabilities.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and excellent organizational and time management.
  • •Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans.
  • •Prior experience with Ariba, ERP systems, and Excel is required.
