Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical oversight for small groups and guide RF packaging development (antennas, RF circuit card assemblies, radomes, RF test equipment)
•Lead multi-discipline teams, establish technology roadmaps, enable modernization, and contribute to innovation within the engineering organization
•Collaborate with customers and program leadership to define and refine requirements to validate hardware compliance
•Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training to other employees within the area of expertise
•Present and communicate design concepts and technical proposals to leadership and program customers

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in STEM with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in RF product packaging (e.g., circuit card assemblies, antennas, radomes, RF test equipment, harnesses and interconnects) with 3D CAD; experience in creating Technical Data Packages (TDPs) using GD&T
