Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain O&M standards, processes, and governance frameworks for IAM projects.
  • •Ensure O&M activities meet safety, reliability, integrity, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • •Lead assurance reviews, audits, and performance assessments; guide risks, deviations, and continuous improvement.
  • •Provide O&M subject matter expertise for bids, proposals, and tender evaluations including execution and resourcing input.
  • •Lead operations readiness reviews, maintenance assessments, and asset integrity evaluations; oversee reliability, maintenance, and integrity programs and deliver training for consistent adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related STEM discipline.
  • •Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas operations and maintenance.
  • •At least 10 years of experience with an E&P operator environment.
  • •Strong expertise in production operations, maintenance and reliability engineering, and asset integrity and lifecycle management.
  • •Proven experience in assurance, audits, and operational governance frameworks.
