Key Responsibilities

  • •Design innovative memory diagnostics using knowledge of memory subsystems, caches, and DDR/GDDR/DRAM technologies.
  • •Code, debug, and optimize functional and stress tests for memory subsystem and system-on-chip hardware IP.
  • •Develop diagnostic tests to bring up and validate hardware features in pre-silicon (HW emulators) and post-silicon (HW silicon and platform) environments.
  • •Identify and resolve chip, board, and firmware issues; debug and root-cause hardware and software failures.
  • •Improve test/framework architectures for higher HW coverage, debuggability, and quality, leveraging AI-powered coding tools for productivity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 77,700 - 111,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • •Familiarity with JEDEC specifications and DDR memory technologies/standards.
  • •Experience developing and executing DRAM/memory stress tests across memory controllers and channels for bandwidth, latency, data integrity, address-pattern, and retention coverage.
  • •Experience with diagnostic/device-driver/firmware/embedded software development in large-scale Linux environments.
  • •Strong software skills in modern C++ (object-oriented design) and Git/Gerrit, with ability to debug and root-cause complex hardware/software failures.
