Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead delivery strategy for a portfolio of strategic/enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with objectives and platform capabilities.
•Define and track statements of work, success metrics, and business outcomes to drive time-to-value and ROI.
•Lead large, multi-phase customer delivery engagements with cross-functional coordination across Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Product, Support and Partners.
•Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to manage renewals and expansion opportunities, providing insight into account health and growth signals.
•Act as a trusted advisor at the executive level, delivering executive business reviews, strategic planning, and clear communication of value, progress, and risks.

•Significant experience in SaaS customer success, consulting, or engagement management.
