Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead data center due diligence, planning, and design teams to deliver projects on schedule and to a high quality standard.
  • •Develop and enforce multi-site project and program management plans across design and delivery phases.
  • •Manage stakeholder communications, host client meetings, and proactively resolve outstanding issues through change management.
  • •Identify, mitigate, and address project risks using creative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop technical and financial proposals for new and add/move/change data center design work and coach junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and eight (8) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
  • •Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing coordination and updates.
  • •Ability to lead teams and perform effectively in dynamic, time-sensitive situations with minimal oversight.
