Job Summary

Lead high-level technical project management for EHV Transmission and Substation programs, overseeing scope, budgeting, safety, schedule, and client satisfaction. Manage proposals, cost estimates, and resource plans; drive process standardization; and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safe, profitable project delivery across moderate to large-scale portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and communicate with management and disciplines throughout the project life cycle to support cost and schedule objectives.
•Lead the development of project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
•Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management and control.
•Provide regular project reporting and updates to clients and leadership, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
•Be the face of WSP for the client, building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project Management or Construction Management or related technical discipline.
•12+ years of relevant post-education project management experience in the A/E/C, utility, EPC, or power delivery environment.
•Strong understanding of project delivery processes and experience managing DBB, EPC, and/or PDB delivery models.
•Advanced analytical, organizational, and business acumen skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Proven ability to lead teams independently, ensure QA/QC, and use MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint) and PM tools effectively.
