Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ASC 606 policy across four revenue streams including platform subscriptions, credit consumption, advisory engagements, and research licensing.
  • •Read commercial contracts and advise on deal structure before signature.
  • •Run the monthly close on a published calendar, owning the chart of accounts, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end reporting.
  • •Build and maintain the control environment and direct/review outsourced accounting partners.
  • •Lead annual financial audit end-to-end and support SOC 2 Type 2 surveillance for financial and access controls.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years in accounting, including public accounting and industry experience, with CPA required.
