•Develop relationships and personally call on targeted on-premise and off-premise accounts in San Diego, plus select accounts in Orange County.
•Hand-sell an assigned portfolio of emerging brands to targeted gatekeepers and maintain an active targeted account list.
•Lead emerging brand market planning and execution for on- and off-premise, including setting and tracking goals and monitoring monthly performance trends.
•Manage budget responsibilities to drive financial success and make recommendations to improve market performance.
•Serve as a field coach for agency partners and train distributor and market teams on assigned brands and their competitive set.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,700 - 102,300

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry with a proven track record of meeting key metrics.
•Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across channels, functions, and geographies.
•Clear, consistent communication aligned with business objectives and a culture of transparency.
•Strong coaching and sales training skills with a consistent presence in the market to engage key accounts and customers.
•Proficiency in commercial business operations software, including Microsoft Office, plus budgeting and planning tools.
