Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of the bank’s internal corporate governance framework, including governance documents and annual governance activities.
  • •Monitor new legal and regulatory developments in corporate governance and labor law, assess impact, and support timely implementation.
  • •Identify, monitor, and help prevent legal risks in corporate governance and labor law matters, escalating material issues where appropriate.
  • •Provide legal support to management bodies and internal stakeholders on corporate governance and labor law, including preparation, review, and quality assurance of governance materials and advice on labor documentation and employee-related processes.
  • •Represent the bank in courts and other dispute resolution authorities for labor law cases and cooperate with Legal, HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent legal advice.

Key Requirements

  • •A Master’s degree in Law.
  • •At least 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a financial institution, law firm, supervisory authority, or another regulated environment.
  • •Ability to translate legal requirements into practical, business-oriented advice.
  • •Ability to work independently, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Professional working proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
