•Oversee the SDLC of Change management from business requirements to technical specifications, delivery and post-implementation maintenance activities.
•Support and drive change delivery within SLA, schedule, budget and scope parameters, including testing and overseeing quality and compliance controls throughout the project life-cycle.
•Stakeholder management and reporting on Change & IT Delivery.

Key Requirements

•Cross border team management experience.
•Strong business orientation and domain knowledge to understand user requirements.
•Engineer or Post Graduate with 12-14 years of experience in project/program management within financial services.
•Core banking / FLEXCUBE hands-on experience and implementation.
•2-3 years in team management and project/program management, managing program implementations.
