Job Summary

Support customer-facing process application and equipment performance activities for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing customers, with a primary focus on PCB manufacturing companies. Based in Hsinchu, you’ll work on-site at customer facilities (including PCB and OSAT customers) and travel frequently within Taiwan, with potential overseas travel. Participate in on-site training and online learning to build onboarding and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

•Support customer-facing engineering activities related to process applications and equipment performance, primarily for PCB manufacturing customers.
•Work at customer sites, including PCB manufacturing companies and OSAT customers.
•Travel frequently within Taiwan for short-term assignments (primarily Yangmei, Hukou, and Kaohsiung), typically 1–2 months depending on business needs.
•Participate in on-site training and online learning programs to support onboarding and skill development.
•May be required to travel overseas based on business unit needs.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree required with an engineering background; Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines are preferred.
•Required knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Fluid Mechanics.
•English proficiency required (TOEIC 550+ within 5 years).
•New college graduates welcome; candidates with up to 3 years of experience are preferred.
•Experience supporting or working with PCB manufacturing environments is a plus.
