Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customer-facing engineering activities related to process applications and equipment performance, primarily for PCB manufacturing customers.
  • •Work at customer sites, including PCB manufacturing companies and OSAT customers.
  • •Travel frequently within Taiwan for short-term assignments (primarily Yangmei, Hukou, and Kaohsiung), typically 1–2 months depending on business needs.
  • •Participate in on-site training and online learning programs to support onboarding and skill development.
  • •May be required to travel overseas based on business unit needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree required with an engineering background; Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines are preferred.
  • •Required knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Fluid Mechanics.
  • •English proficiency required (TOEIC 550+ within 5 years).
  • •New college graduates welcome; candidates with up to 3 years of experience are preferred.
  • •Experience supporting or working with PCB manufacturing environments is a plus.
