Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide proactive, strategic leadership for the scientific discipline to ensure successful delivery of project and work site deliverables.
  • •Perform business development across environmental investigation/remediation, engineering, and related services for multiple sectors.
  • •Oversee, mentor, and direct staff- and project-level geologists and environmental scientists.
  • •Assist preparation of technical reports and proposals; ensure certifications and value proposition are developed and continuously improved.
  • •Manage multiple projects and multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring deliverables, schedules, and budgets are achieved while collaborating with other disciplines and meeting sales, revenue, and delivery goals.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related science field.
  • •15+ years of environmental remediation and sales experience.
  • •Experience with multi-disciplinary remediation/assessment projects involving the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, DTSC, and/or local CUPAs.
  • •Knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, DTSC, Water Board, and other CalEPA programs.
  • •Consulting experience with investigation and remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater, including petroleum hydrocarbons, metals, chlorinated solvents, PCBs, and/or PFAS, plus soil gas/vapor intrusion.
