•Define and standardize the technology practice for modernization, including pipelines and delivery practices using AI-driven development tools
•Ensure technical alignment and guidelines for migrating legacy assets (COBOL, Java) to modern cloud-native architectures and microservices
•Enable and mentor partner engineers and Red Hat consultants through hands-on training, prototyping, and demonstrations
•Plan and execute training programs to apply the latest AI technologies to real projects
•Govern technical delivery quality and visualize progress through metrics on partner enablement, with continuous improvement based on field feedback

Key Requirements

•20+ years in core systems development with design and implementation experience on large-scale mission-critical systems
•5+ years in modernization initiatives leading re-platforming, refactoring, and re-architecting projects, with cloud migrations expertise
•3+ years in AI-driven development, including AI adoption in development processes and knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted code generation/testing
•Deep understanding of cloud-native software development and operations (Cloud Native, DevOps, etc.)
•Strong knowledge of current AI trends and enterprise applicability of generative AI/LLMs, with hands-on implementation insight
