Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and standardize the technology practice for modernization, including pipelines and delivery practices using AI-driven development tools
  • •Ensure technical alignment and guidelines for migrating legacy assets (COBOL, Java) to modern cloud-native architectures and microservices
  • •Enable and mentor partner engineers and Red Hat consultants through hands-on training, prototyping, and demonstrations
  • •Plan and execute training programs to apply the latest AI technologies to real projects
  • •Govern technical delivery quality and visualize progress through metrics on partner enablement, with continuous improvement based on field feedback

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years in core systems development with design and implementation experience on large-scale mission-critical systems
  • •5+ years in modernization initiatives leading re-platforming, refactoring, and re-architecting projects, with cloud migrations expertise
  • •3+ years in AI-driven development, including AI adoption in development processes and knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted code generation/testing
  • •Deep understanding of cloud-native software development and operations (Cloud Native, DevOps, etc.)
  • •Strong knowledge of current AI trends and enterprise applicability of generative AI/LLMs, with hands-on implementation insight
