Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure, kick off, and run continuous and/or time-bound engineering initiatives within and beyond Engineering with ongoing transparency.
  • •Project manage initiatives across multiple teams, unblocking progress and introducing efficiencies and workflow solutions.
  • •Champion adoption of agile best practices across teams.
  • •Build and maintain alignment across teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • •Lead introduction of new processes/workflows through iterative rollout and provide clear status and progress transparency for federal initiatives.
