Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Create an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Assist across store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve sales-driven key performance indicators; follow asset protection policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Possess at least O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage.
