Key Responsibilities

  • •Receives general direction on new assignments.
  • •Conduct surveys to determine the locations of natural features and structures using electronic distance-measuring equipment and surveying instruments.
  • •Operate and manage land-information computer systems, including storing data, making inquiries, and producing plots and reports.
  • •Review survey team information on measurements (distances, directions, angles, elevations, lines, and contours) on, above, and below the earth’s surface.
  • •Research legal records and previous boundary evidence, then record and verify survey results and prepare plots, maps, and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in cost management within the construction industry.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Dubai or the Middle East region.
  • •Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or equivalent professional certification.
  • •Experience in the Aviation sector is desirable.
