Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned NNS requests in a timely and accurate manner to support end-to-end remediation.
  • •Perform outgoing/incoming calls and provide customer service and assistance on customer due diligence projects.
  • •Take ownership of remediation issues, working with CDD functions to resolve bottlenecks efficiently.
  • •Adhere to performance level agreements at all times.
  • •Proactively build knowledge of the business/product area and support new business requests development and vetting with CDD teams.
