Key Responsibilities

•Provide one-on-one coaching to relationship managers to translate knowledge into practical skills, enhance insurance sales capabilities, and drive sustained performance growth.
•Train core competencies across the full sales process, including phone appointments, KYC, case solutions and closing.
•Assist with pre-event preparations, provide on-site support, and conduct post-event evaluations and follow-ups for customer events and training sessions.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize empowerment for distribution channels and support channel development plans and strategies.
•Assist in execution of compliance reviews and due diligence to ensure operations adhere to risk control requirements.

Key Requirements

•Reasonable experience in sales force (5 years)
•Board-based knowledge of the Insurance business and China practices
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with Putonghua proficiency
•Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship management
•Able to lead, inspire, motivate and develop teams to deliver business performance and be a team player
