Job Summary

Configure and support SAP HCM solutions by translating business requirements into functional specifications, prototyping configurations, and participating in implementation and support engagements. Work in an international agile environment to provide best-in-class application services to Airbus customers, gather requirements with functional heads, support run-mode operations (incidents and change requests), and help with testing, UAT, and cutover activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide best-in-class application services to Airbus customers and end users.
•Collaborate with functional heads to gather, inspect, and understand business requirements and support key business process decisions.
•Configure and implement industry-standard solutions in SAP HCM, translating requirements into functional specifications and demonstrating configurations via prototyping.
•Support SAP implementation methodology across engagements, and provide consulting for new implementations and existing support projects.
•Handle run-mode operations including incidents and change requests, and support end-to-end testing, UAT, and cutover activities.

Key Requirements

•6-7 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting.
•Successfully completed at least 1-2 end-to-end HCM implementations.
•Strong experience across SAP HCM functional areas including PA, OM, PD, ESS/MSS Portal, and user authorizations.
•Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound interfaces, plus familiarity with LSMW and data migration activities.
•Proficiency in standard HCM configurations and strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
