Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

  • •1+ year of experience with Lean/continuous improvement and root cause problem solving.
  • •Experience developing assembly processes, routings, work instructions, and procedures (aerospace industry experience preferred).
