Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own financial execution and month-end activities including financial trackers, purchase order approvals, coding, month-end journals, and audit documentation.
  • •Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for assigned eCommerce areas; prepare eCommerce P&L and monthly Finance Review variance commentary.
  • •Prepare weekly finance reporting inputs and support Sales-to-Cash and Returns/Refund reconciliations.
  • •Own VAT/GST and indirect tax compliance reviews across eCommerce markets, including VAT filing/data support and compliance administration.
  • •Provide financial analysis and modeling for campaigns, promotional post-mortems, and business initiatives; support pricing/bundle changes and ERP controls/UAT testing.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant FP&A, commercial finance, or controlling experience, preferably in beauty, luxury, DTC, or eCommerce.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional finance qualification is an advantage.
  • •Strong month-end, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis experience.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP and financial reporting systems.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, with high attention to detail and financial accuracy.
