Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Construction Superintendent and manage day-to-day and forward planning of the works program and construction execution.
  • •Ensure OH&S, QA, and equipment requirements are met, including coordinating multi-cultural trades to safely execute scopes.
  • •Oversee execution of work packs: time allocation vs approved budgets, QA/QC coordination, and certification sign-off and closeout.
  • •Conduct daily toolbox talks and supervise site planning and resource management, including subcontractors.
  • •Track site progress, report opportunities/issues in a timely manner, and provide oversight of drawing quality as builds.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years’ experience in civil construction, especially Right of Way (ROW) and earthworks.
  • •Proven experience supervising civil operations and overseeing civil construction execution.
  • •Demonstrated capability managing pipelines, road construction, ROW development, and earthworks projects.
  • •Strong commitment to safety across site, plant, and equipment.
  • •Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills (written and oral).
