Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide contractor supervision and serve as a front line manager interfacing with government managers and contracting representatives.
  • •Set priorities and assign tasks/projects; provide technical assistance and monitor performance of subordinate contract employees.
  • •Review and provide acceptance of deliverables prior to submission to the government client; manage contractor performance for quality, quantity, and timeliness.
  • •Coordinate contractor onboarding/offboarding and ensure government client approval for contractor travel, overtime, and purchases (including review of travel vouchers).
  • •Develop and coach contract employees through on-the-job and formal training; prepare task order (TO) kick-off reports/minutes and detailed project management plans; participate in status review meetings and produce minutes.
