Nursing Supervisor (Libya, LY)

Oversee daily departmental operations in line with company standards and reporting requirements. Lead patient care management through short- to mid-term planning, long-term care area strategy, and supervision of nursing staff. Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure quality of care by enforcing nursing practice regulations. Recruit and develop nursing staff, provide coaching and feedback, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams while supporting patients and families.
