Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the foreperson with daily production duties by operating heavy equipment and performing plant-related functions.
  • •Assist with daily plant operations and upkeep, including equipment maintenance and general maintenance tasks.
  • •Clean up around the plant, equipment, and surrounding areas and help keep the worksite in safe condition.
  • •Maintain strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures, including use of required PPE and safe equipment operation.
  • •Assist with miscellaneous duties as needed, including general labor and supporting foreperson/crew members and responding to requests from plant leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Less than or equal to a high school diploma (or GED), or one to three months related experience/training (or equivalent combination).
