Key Responsibilities

•Lead digital design efforts for development guidance systems and architect the guidance subsystem through trade studies, requirements decomposition, and detailed design
•Accountable for program execution including cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the early development lifecycle
•Support component-level design and test reviews and mentor mentees within a collaborative environment
•Collaborate with functional and program management, customers, and suppliers; travel ~25% as needed
•Guide a team through hardware systems lifecycle stages such as design, analysis, documentation, peer reviews, and presentations to management and government customers

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
•Experience in analog, digital, and power electronics design, integration, and production support
•Decomposition of high-level requirements into actionable design and subsystem architecture
•Experience with digital sub-systems, systems engineering, requirement development/validation, circuit card assembly (CCA) design, digital test integration, and/or digital supplier management on an effector-based product
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required for clearance
