Key Responsibilities

•Gather/translate business process requirements into solution requirements and designs (data, process, technology).
•Drive the delivery and implementation of IT solutions in the business and support IT operations.
•Lead change management and adoption to ensure realized benefits with metrics monitored by PMO.
•Provide production support including incident analysis and problem resolution; drive improvements.
•Contribute to solutioning policies, maintain domain knowledge bases and mentor team members.

Key Requirements

•Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field. Masters Degree is a plus.
•Over 8 years’ experience in IT, of which 5 years relevant domain experience (Sales, Service, Marketing, SCM, Finance, HR, etc.) with an excellent track record, managing large process / IT projects preferably across multiple countries.
•Excellent IT delivery skills.
•Good knowledge and experience in IT Operations and Compliance.
•Working experience in managing business during change management and rollout of projects.
