Key Responsibilities

  • •Set acquisition product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition to expand positioning as secure PaaS for traditional and generative/agentic applications.
  • •Deliver quantitative outcomes: product signups, new product-led customer conversions, acquisition roadmap feature adoption, and new ARR from those features.
  • •Lead discovery by defining and aligning stakeholders around a discovery process and communicating learnings.
  • •De-risk value, business viability, engineering feasibility, and design usability through cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design.
  • •Define product requirements for delivery and define data sources/success metrics with BizOps to analyze adoption, engagement, and usage patterns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 208,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • •3+ years of experience in the PaaS / Developer Tools space, as a Product Manager or in a relevant role.
  • •Strong technical acumen to translate and discuss technical features with technical customers.
  • •Ability to lead in a small, collaborative environment—own blockers, drive unblocking, and adapt to fast change.
  • •Experience running 0→1 discovery: interviewing customers or using market research, and experimenting to validate what’s worth building.
