Key Responsibilities

  • •Become an expert on Roblox's unique business model and support the BizOps team reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
  • •Develop the annual strategic and financial plan and track insight into main operating metrics across the company.
  • •Work across functional groups to optimize performance and future growth opportunities.
  • •Create materials communicating strategic priorities and findings to senior management.
  • •Prepare monthly reports for management and the Board emphasizing operational/financial performance metrics, historical results, forecasts, and trends.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in an investment bank (or private equity, consulting, or corporate development).
  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, or other quantitative fields (math, science, finance/accounting).
  • •Investigative and logical skills with the ability to develop business understanding and craft well thought out solutions.
  • •Advanced skills in Excel for analysis and financial/operational modeling, plus PowerPoint to communicate insights.
  • •Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy and Tableau is helpful.
