Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Educate customers on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and support the sales process through outbound calls and identifying customer needs. Play a key role in Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and help with new account openings, problem resolution, and branch leadership routines while adhering to controls, procedures, and risk policies.
