Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the project director and project manager to execute urban design and master planning projects
  • •Guide data analysis and independently develop initial planning/concept schemes
  • •Create and integrate planning/design deliverables, reports, and presentations
  • •Present design outcomes to clients and support proposal and reporting document production
  • •Future-ready work with AI tools to improve efficiency

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in urban design/planning, or at least 6 years of related experience; architectural background preferred
  • •Skilled in drafting and presentation software (e.g., SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, PowerPoint)
  • •Ability to develop spatial planning concepts covering master planning and feasibility assessment
  • •Willingness to engage in urban development work and learn/apply GIS and CityEngine
  • •Native Chinese speaker or fluent Chinese; good English is a plus
