Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and improve the performance of existing models and algorithms in production.
  • •Conduct research and execute experiments to build new AI models and algorithms.
  • •Build and optimize computer vision and ML algorithms for real-time performance on embedded platforms (next-gen AI dashcam).
  • •Write Python/C++ to develop CV algorithms, ML services, training, model compression, and porting pipelines; convert prototypes into product features.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI systems and build automated deployment, validation, and active learning pipelines, including mentoring junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of algorithm development experience in computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning.
  • •Solid mathematical foundation in computer vision, deep learning, machine learning, and optimization approaches.
  • •Hands-on experience with training frameworks and tools such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • •Strong experience writing Python or C++ and building embedded algorithms and applications.
  • •Experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS), CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
